Penguin Costume

Despite his stutter, Hubie is head over heels for the she-penguin Marina. When he spots her decorating her mentor Drake’s lair for Christmas, his hope is restored. The other penguins including Rocko, Serge and Rookie are also thrilled to see him.

The pair are soon picked up by humans on the Misery ship that transports them to a zoo and are caged along with other penguins. After that, they meet a streetwise, cranky and arrogant Northern Rockhopper Penguin named Rocko who reluctantly agrees to help Hubie return to Antarctica.

Their journey is not without risks. The penguins and Rocko must dodge ferocious leopard seals and killer whales that are menacing for younger viewers. Eventually, they must face Drake and put an end to his villainy. But even with the menacing creatures, the movie isn’t terribly violent or disturbing. And it does make for a fun and inspiring film.
